"Paula helped my brother and me sell our family home of 61 years. Paula lives in the neighborhood and was very familiar with the comparable properties. Prior to listing, she helped us identify issues that lowered our property value and/or that could turn off potential buyers. We were very pleased with the photographer Paula selected for the online listings. Paula showed our house multiple times daily. She coordinated her open house with that of a neighbor, who was also selling; this likely increased attendance. We received multiple offers the first week, and after Paula followed up with each potential buyer, we received several offers well above our listed price. Paula helped us evaluate each offer, and she double-checked mortgage prequalification for the most attractive offer. We were very pleased with the real estate attorney Paula recommended, and the closing went smoothly. Because my brother and I both lived out of town, Paula did us the favor of keeping the porch and driveway free of fliers and alerting us about yard maintenance concerns."
